Things you suck at, things you don't want to do, things you've been avoiding

These are the things you must do. Because progress requires change. That means literally, right now, there's a butt load of things you could do better, without any external help or support required.

These are the things that you always *think* you can put off…

Past the beginner's level but before mastery, you'll probably at some point find yourself at the level where NOW is the time…

That you actually need to start working on those “putter offers” NOW because later is here, bitch – time to fucking do it.

And instead of putting it off because you don't want to do it, you make it a point to attack it now.

I say attack it now because you must attack that which has most likely had some level of fear attached… i.e. usually don't like, suck at, don't want to do.

You always have to keep that in mind anytime you feel stuck, at a plateu, or just not sure what to do in the overall progress of your life.

Always ask yourself, “What do I need to do that I don't want to do right now?”

And if you can give permission to yourself to look at the raw truth with no filters or judgement…

Then you will get the answer you've been looking for!

Meaning, based on my experience, there's a good chance that's the thing that's been holding you back.

DO THE SHIT YOU DON'T WANT TO DO…

THAT NOBODY WANTS TO DO, EVEN.

I know, that be a harsh one to accept.

But let's face it, you don't REALLY know what's holding you back…

Otherwise, wouldn't you be growing instead of being stuck where you're at?

Truth and reality are what they are. No one said life is fair.

But if you just accept that's the way it is and go with it… work with it…

Ride the wave that is already there…

Things just flow smoother in life.

That's why it's advantageous to allow yourself to see with fresh, objective eyes your situation in its entirety…

Especially noting the things you don't want to look at… that you are avoiding.

Everybody has things they know they should be doing but aren't doing.

My personal attitude (not recommended necessarily) is this….

If I'm not at least doing everything I know I should be doing and handling all the fundamental aspects of living…

Then I haven't arrived yet. I've still got work to do.

And further, it's probably time right now to man up or woman up…

Go into isolation…

Do what needs to be done.

Just good ol' focused action, rest, and reptition.

I'm motivated by my belief that once I've done the hard work, then I can go back out into the world, celebrate, be social, express myself, all those good things…

But before that, I must breathe awareness into that which I don't feel like doing.

It's okay if I don't do it – THIS time – sometimes it takes reps.

Eventually with enough exposure of looking at my negative emotions rise up when looking at myself in mirror or looking at the naked truth…

I will see what the right action is, and most importantly, I will take right action.
